The Rose

The Rose

“Has she been murdered or did she just faint?” A startled William Russell, played by Rick Kmitta, wonders as he examines fallen show attendee, Mrs. Edwards, at the beginning of “Reserve Two for Murder” that opens Friday, Sept. 22 at The Rose Theater, Forsyth. “Reserve Two for Murder” by John Randall opens with a play within a play set 500 years in the future. As the play unfolds, the theater is plunged into total darkness. Crazy things start to happen, including murder.

“Reserve Two for Murder” tickets are $15 for adults; $12 for seniors, students and military. The Rose Box Office is open Sept. 18-21 and 25-28 from 4-7 p.m. and two hours prior to show time. Performance dates are Sept. 22, 23, 29, 30 at 7:30 p.m. and Sept. 24 and Oct. 1 at 2:30 p.m. at The Rose Theater, 23 West Johnston Street, Forsyth.
