PEELE

A woman walked into the Culloden City Council Chambers with a purse and a cat in a cage and after a ride to her home in Culloden mayor Lynn Miller’s car, she refused to exit and was eventually charged with obstruction.

According to the incident report, deputy Enrique Hogan responded to the home of Jennifer Peele, 48, at 377 Main Street in Culloden on Sept. 14. He met with Mayor Miller at the residence who told him that after Peele entered the chambers, she gave her a ride home, but she was still in her car and wouldn’t get out.
