The Mary Persons boys track team will try to win their 5th straight region title on Wednesday, April 26 in the Region 2-AAA meet in Jackson after taking third place out of 10 teams at the Region Tune Up Meet last Thursday, April 20 at McConnell Talbert Stadium in Warner Robins.
The Bulldogs tallied 93 points, just behind No. 2 Warner Robins (108) and Jones County (134).
Finishing behind MP were 4) Crisp Co. (90), 5) Bleckley County ( 79), 6) Rutland (71), 7) Putnam County (41), 8) Southwest Macon (33), 9) ACE Charter (28), 10) Hawkinsville (18).
